 Reception/Clerical Assistant
Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice on the telephone that everyone wants to hear.  Assist with a variety of clerical duties as needed. Help keep the office humming.
Who: People who enjoy an office environment, who can multi-task and who can manage the occasional spurt of utter chaos would be perfect for this position.
When: Shifts available daily year round, Monday to Friday

Requirements:        

  • Good communication skills are required, as well as an understanding and appreciation of exceptional customer service
  • Computer skills would be an asset
  • Valid, clean Alberta Driver’s License would be an asset. Consent to obtain a Driver’s Abstract would be required.

Training:       

  • 2-day orientation workshop  
  • On the job training

 Gift Shop Clerk
Become a part of the exciting world of retail selling in a specialized market.
Who: People who like people, who have a sincere desire to help others, and who will pitch in to do whatever is needed are perfect for this position.  
When: Shifts available daily, year round

Requirements:      

  • Must be comfortable handling cash  
  • Must be willing to learn to operate a computerized till system

Our special events give you the chance to become involved even if your time is limited. You can come one, two or three days, whatever works with your schedule. Jobs that are available vary, but may include:

  • Parking Patroller   
  • Shuttle Driver
  • Gallery/Aviation Hangar Host  
  • Information Desk Host  
  • Crafts Assistant  
  • Volunteer Hospitality Provider  
  • Golf Cart Jockey (Gopher)  
  • Demonstration/Activity Assistant (Harvest Festival)
  • Field Worker (Harvest Festival)  
  • Bread Baker/Assistant (Harvest Festival)
